During the video consultation, we’ll ask about your style, expectations, location preferences, guest count, and key priorities. This is also a chance for you to get to know our working style and determine if we are the right fit.
Based on the consultation, we’ll create a tailored proposal outlining our service, fee, and next steps that align perfectly with your needs. Once you’re happy with it, we’ll sign a service agreement, and you’ll make a deposit to secure our services.
We’ll collaborate to build a clear design vision, including all visual elements, like mood boards, color palettes, and style recommendations. We take the time to ensure every single detail aligns with your vision.
We’ll then leverage our network of trusted vendors (venues, florists, photographers, etc.) and present the best options that fit your needs and budget. After you approve your vendor list, we’ll handle all contracts and communication, ensuring everything is locked in.
Throughout the planning phase, we’ll track expenses, ensuring that your event stays on budget and meets all visual expectations. We also create a detailed planning timeline to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and vendors are aligned and well-informed for event day.
If applicable, we’ll coordinate a venue walkthrough with you and necessary vendors to finalize layouts and logistics. We’ll also manage the wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone knows their roles and timings.
We also help coordinate welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, and guest activities for destination weddings or multi-day celebrations.
We are on-site to ensure everything runs according to the timeline, from vendor arrivals to your ceremony and reception flow. We manage all vendor teams, ensuring everyone delivers their services seamlessly and on time. If any unexpected issues arise, we resolve problems quietly, ensuring an uninterrupted, smooth, and enjoyable event.
